The terms that apply when you book a chauffeur with Prime Chauffeur Services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every chauffeur service provided by Prime Chauffeur Services ("we", "us", "our") and to every booking request made through this website, by phone or by email. By submitting a booking request or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Politique de confidentialité.
"You" means the person who makes the booking. If you book for someone else, or for a company, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they will follow these Terms.
We provide verified, certified professional chauffeurs. You can book:
Vehicle photos and example models on our website show the class of vehicle. The exact make, model and color may differ, but we will always provide a vehicle of the class you booked or better.
A booking made on our website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We review every request, assign a chauffeur and send you a confirmation by email with the final price. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive that confirmation.
Please check your pick-up date, time, addresses, flight number, passenger count and contact details carefully. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
We may decline a request at our discretion, for example when no chauffeur is available. If we do, you will not be charged.
The price in your booking confirmation is the price you agree to. Time beyond the booked hours is charged at the same hourly rate. Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, tolls, parking, fuel for your own car and any extra stops or waiting time you request are charged in addition.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown in your booking confirmation.
We do not take payment on this website. Payment details, accepted methods and when payment is due are set out in your booking confirmation or invoice. If a payment is declined or not made on time, we may cancel the booking.
To change or cancel a booking, contact us with your booking reference. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they depend on chauffeur and vehicle availability and may change the price.
Airport pick-ups are tracked against your flight. If your flight is delayed we adjust the pick-up time, and waiting time starts from the actual landing time.
If we have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for it.
When our chauffeur drives your own car, you confirm that:
You remain responsible for the vehicle, its insurance and its condition, and for fuel, tolls, parking and traffic or parking tickets that are not caused by our chauffeur's negligence. Our chauffeur will report any damage, fault or warning light they notice.
Our chauffeur may refuse to drive a vehicle that appears unsafe, unregistered or uninsured. If this happens, the booking may be charged as a late cancellation.
Vehicles for driver + vehicle bookings are supplied by independent, affiliated partner fleet operators. They are responsible for providing a clean, insured and well-maintained vehicle of the booked class, and our chauffeur drives it for you.
The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Child seats are available on request and must be requested when booking.
Please do not leave belongings in the vehicle. We will try to help you recover lost property but are not responsible for it.
Every chauffeur is verified and certified before working with us. We assign the chauffeur for your booking and may replace the assigned chauffeur if needed.
Please do not contact our chauffeurs to arrange services outside of a booking with us.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, flight changes, strikes or acts of government.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, meetings or events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity on your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
The content of this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Prime Chauffeur Services or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We may update the website and these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you make a booking applies to that booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
