Smooth trip to Newark

Very smooth ride to Newark for an early flight. The car was spotless and the driver was courteous. Only small thing was the confirmation email came a bit later than I hoped, but the service itself was excellent.

Kept a packed day on schedule

Six meetings across Midtown and the Financial District in one afternoon. The chauffeur planned the route between stops and was always waiting outside when we came out. Our clients noticed.

Exactly what we needed

We booked a chauffeur to drive our own car for a full day of appointments around the city. He was on time, knew where to park everywhere we went and was genuinely pleasant company. We will book again.

Calm pickup after a delayed flight

My flight into JFK landed almost two hours late and I fully expected to be scrambling for a ride. My chauffeur had tracked the flight, was waiting in arrivals and had me on the road in ten minutes. Easy, professional, no fuss.

Made our anniversary dinner easy

Booked for our anniversary dinner and a show. The chauffeur was discreet, opened doors, and was right there when the show let out. It made the whole night feel special without any stress.

Great option for our own car

I like having my own car but hate driving into the city. Having a certified chauffeur drive it for the evening was the perfect middle ground. Clear hourly price and no surprises.

Professional and discreet

Used them for a visiting executive from our London office. Very professional and discreet driver, and the SUV was comfortable. Would have liked a text when the driver arrived, but overall a great experience.

Reliable every time

I travel through LaGuardia most weeks and have used Prime Chauffeur several times now. Always on time, always professional. Booking takes two minutes.

Wedding day handled perfectly

Our wedding day ran to the minute thanks to our chauffeur. He coordinated with our planner, helped with the dress at every stop and kept everyone calm. Highly recommend.

Felt safe and looked after

I booked a chauffeur to take my mother to a series of medical appointments. The driver was patient, kind and helped her in and out of the car each time. That peace of mind means a lot.
